If you, you may have a chance to dispute the charge with them. I don't know your limitations to file there, but contact them immediately if you did make payment that way. You will need to show them proof of return.

Buyers get two or three bites of the apple, depending in their payment method. The first bite is with Ebay or whatever venue they purchased from if that venue has buyer protection. The third bite is through their card IF they funded a Paypal payment with a card. A buyer who is determined to get their money back WILL get it back.
